TCF-UK is excited to announce the return of our annual golf tournament! Date: Thursday, 7th September 2023 Time: 8:00 am Venue: Centurion Golf Club This exciting 18-hole course, situated to the west of St. Albans explores pine woodlands and promises breathtaking views and a genuine golfing challenge. This tournament is not just about swinging clubs and scoring birdies; it also presents a fantastic opportunity for golfers, sponsors, and supporters to come together to make an incredible difference in the lives of deserving children in Pakistan. Our goal is to sponsor 20 TCF classrooms and support the education of 600 underprivileged children. Please donate generously and help us change lives. The Course...

Centurion Golf Club

This exciting 18-holf golf club, situated to the west of St. Albans has been open to club members since 2013. The course begins with holes one to five exploring the pine woodland, then opens up to areas which have been carefully yet dramatically shaped, offering golfers breath-taking views and a genuine challenge. The 14th hole returns to the woodland for the home stretch. 


With 5 sets of tees ranging from 5,507 - 7,084 yards, Centurion Club will challenge the very best, but provide golfers of all abilities with an enjoyable experience.

FAQs

Centurion Club is located at Hemel Hempstead Rd, Hemel Hempstead HP3 8LA, approximately 35 minutes drive from Central London via M1 Jct 8 - A4147, to the west of St. Albans. The closest rail station is St. Albans City or Hemel Hempstead. 

Players are required to register upon arrival. Breakfast will be served prior to tee-off. Players are welcome to use the Driving Range for practice before the tee-off at 9:00 am. The 18-hole course takes approximately 4-5 hours to complete. After the tournament, players will be invited to the Clubhouse for post-golf refreshments. This will be followed by a three-course dinner and a prize ceremony. Please refer to the full event programme below: 

Event Programme:
08:00-09:00: Registration & Breakfast
09:00-09:45: Driving Range Practice
09:45: Players briefing
10:00-16:30: Three Tee Start from holes 1, 4 and 16 
16:30-17:00: Post Golf Refreshments
17:00-20:00: Dinner  

The tournament will follow a Texas Scramble format.

A Texas Scramble is a four-person team scramble, requiring a minimum number of tee shots of each member of the team to be used during the round.

Players must bring their own clubs and bag.

Centurion Club will be serving halal food on the day. Please ensure that you inform us of any additional dietary requirements when completing your booking, or email us at info@tcf-uk.org.
